Most members visit 2–3 times a week, but even one session a week can make a noticeable difference. The key is consistency and finding a routine that works for you.
Your membership starts with a minimum of 3 months. During that time, you can pause it whenever you need to. After the first 3 months, you're free to cancel at any time.
