Membership Agreement & Terms of Service

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions between Reset Wellness Ltd ("Reset", "we", "us", "our") and the undersigned member ("Member", "you") in relation to your membership and use of Reset Wellness facilities, services, and programs. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Membership Commitment & Cancellation

  • 1.1 Minimum Term: All memberships carry a minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • 1.2 Early Cancellation: If you cancel within the first 3 months, you will be charged one month’s membership fee as an early termination fee.
  • 1.3 Ongoing Membership: After the initial 3-month period, your membership continues month-to-month until cancelled.
  • 1.4 Cancellation Method: You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date by emailing us, calling the studio, or requesting in person.
  • 1.5 Notice Period: Cancellations received after a renewal will apply from the following billing cycle.
  • 1.6 No Refunds for Partial Months: Memberships are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has begun.

2. Booking Policy

  • 2.1 All members must book sessions in advance through the Reset booking system.
  • 2.2 Membership does not guarantee entry without a booking.
  • 2.3 Members are subject to the same booking limits and availability as all other users.

3. Membership Benefits

  • 3.1 Membership provides access to Reset Studio facilities, classes, workshops, and social events in line with your chosen tier.
  • 3.2 Guest Passes & Discounts: Guest passes and applicable discounts are included per membership tier. Guest passes expire within one month and cannot be carried forward.

4. Membership Pause Policy

Eligibility:

  • Members must have completed at least one full month before requesting a pause.
  • Pause is only available to active, paid members.

Pause Duration:

  • Minimum: 1 week
  • Maximum: 8 weeks per calendar year (can be split into two periods, e.g., 2 × 3 weeks)
  • No partial weeks are allowed

Notice & Fees:

  • 7 days written notice required before pause begins
  • Pauses cannot be backdated
  • Hold Fee: £10 per paused week
  • Membership end date is extended by the number of paused weeks

Terms During Pause:

  • Guest passes and discounts are frozen
  • No access to classes, events, or member benefits

Special Circumstances:

  • Medical (with doctor’s note) or pregnancy: up to 4 months pause allowed, no fee
  • Deployment or relocation: considered case by case

Process:

Request via front desk or contact@resetsauna.com. A confirmation email will include pause start & end dates, your next billing date, and a terms reminder.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Memberships

No refunds for payments already made, except where required by UK consumer law.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • Applies only to online, phone, or off-premises purchases.
  • Members may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no sessions have been attended or booked.
  • Once a session is booked or attended, the right to a full refund no longer applies.

Late Cancel / No Show Fees:

  • £10 fee if cancelled within 2 hours of session start
  • £15 fee for no-shows
  • These are both waived during off peak hours.

5.2 Session & Credit Packs

Non-refundable once purchased unless Reset cancels the service. Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended except for:

  • Verified medical reasons
  • Relocation outside London

Packs can be transferred to another person for a £15 admin fee.

5.3 One-Off Sessions

  • Refundable only if cancelled within 4 hours of purchase and before any booking has been made.
  • No refunds once booked if cancelled less than 4 hours before start time.

5.4 Events & Workshops

  • 100% refund if cancelled 8+ days before the event.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 4 days before.
  • No refund within 4 days, but tickets may be transferred.

5.5 Cancellations by Reset

If Reset cancels a class, event, or session, you may choose:

  • A full refund,
  • Credit for future use, or
  • Rescheduling to another date.

5.6 Special Circumstances

In the event of severe illness, or injury (with supporting documents), Reset may offer a pro-rata refund or credit at management discretion.

6. General Terms

  • 6.1 Health & Safety: By signing, you confirm you are physically fit to participate in our sessions and accept all associated risks.
  • 6.2 Studio Rules: Members agree to follow Reset’s guidelines on hygiene, conduct, and respect for other guests.
  • 6.3 Membership Access: Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only.
  • 6.4 Changes to Terms: Reset reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days’ notice.
  • 6.5 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
