If you're new to contrast therapy, our guided sessions are a great place to start. We'll walk you through everything, explain what to expect, and support you every step of the way.
We'll have 1 fresh towel ready for you, water and herbal teas to enjoy. Want to bring sliders or your favourite water bottle? Go for it.
If you'd like to get extra cosy, we've got optional extra towels and robes available to hire.
If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or are recently postpartum, we don't advise contrast therapy. Please check with your doctor before booking.
