A Simple Way to Get Started

Sauna: 15 min

with slow controlled breathing

Cold Plunge: 2-4 min

with 2 breaths in + 6 breaths out

Repeat 2-3 rounds

and leave feeling amazing

Most people come for the sauna and cold plunge. What they don't expect is how much they take away from a guided session.

Breathwork session

You'll learn how your body responds to breath, heat, and cold and to use those tools in everyday life.

You'll often go further than you would on your own. More often than not, people leave surprised by what they're capable of.

Not at all. Whether it's your first time or you're a seasoned cold-plunger, our sessions are designed for all experience levels.

If you're new to contrast therapy, our guided sessions are a great place to start. We'll walk you through everything, explain what to expect, and support you every step of the way.
Simply bring your swimwear and leave the rest to us.
We'll have 1 fresh towel ready for you, water and herbal teas to enjoy. Want to bring sliders or your favourite water bottle? Go for it.

If you'd like to get extra cosy, we've got optional extra towels and robes available to hire.


Absolutely. Contrast therapy is safe when practised correctly, and our team will be on hand throughout your session if you need any support. Just take it at your own pace, listen to your body, and do what feels comfortable for you.

If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or are recently postpartum, we don't advise contrast therapy. Please check with your doctor before booking.
