Contrast therapy trains the nervous system the way walking trains the legs. The sauna settles the mind; the ice focuses it. You leave invigorated, reset — clearer, lighter, ready to meet the world with calm.

Breathwork session

Heat up, in the heart of London.

A one of a kind 25 person charred oak Finnish sauna with an inbuilt sound system. A range of premium oils and scents. Experiences are usually 3 rounds of 15 minutes between 90ºC-105ºC.

Sauna facility

Our top tier ice baths range from 1ºC to 9ºC. Our guided experiences raise dopamine, reduce inflammation, boost circulation and eliminate stress.

Meet like-minded people with 2 hours in a calmer setting. 85ºC - 95ºC saunas, DJs, special guests, and a range of premium herbal teas and health tonics.

How it started.

“For years I boozed, partied, chased success, and burned out, distracting myself from how lost I felt. My ADHD was rampant, my relationships suffered, and I’d never truly connected with myself. Then I found breath-work, and everything shifted. The impact was profound. Pairing this with contrast therapy, I began to recondition my body and mind, witnessing real change in real time. I became present, aware, connected… alive. This is why i created Reset, to help others break free from burnout and disconnection."
