Breathwork

Designed for rest, energy or balance.

Our breathwork sessions use the world’s most well evidenced techniques, focusing on specific muscles, rhythms and holds. These can release trauma, unblock pathways and create an intermittent hypoxic state. We implement curated beats and unique isochronic tones to help you drop deeper than ever.

This combination produces stem cells, stimulates the amygdala and intensifies the experience.

Start with intention. This is where reconditioning begins.

Rapid shifts in temperature train your blood vessels: improving flow, recovery, and overall vitality.
Cold exposure activates your immune system, increasing white blood cell production and enhancing your body's natural defenses against illness.
The controlled stress of cold exposure builds mental resilience, improves focus, and enhances cognitive function through increased norepinephrine.
Regular cold exposure helps regulate cortisol levels and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to reduced stress and anxiety.
Cold therapy helps regulate circadian rhythms and promotes deeper, more restorative sleep by naturally lowering core body temperature.
Morning cold exposure triggers a natural release of adrenaline and dopamine, providing sustained energy and mental clarity throughout the day.
