Reset is London's only dedicated contrast therapy and breathwork studio, located just two minutes from Highbury & Islington. We combine ice baths, a 25-person sauna, and guided breathwork to help you recharge, recover, and reset your mind and body.
Not at all. Our sessions are designed for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned wellness seekers. Our trained facilitators will guide you safely through each step.
We have six ice baths set at different temperatures: 2°C, 5°C, and 8°C. You choose your level of challenge.
Just bring: Swimwear

We provide everything else, including towels, hydration stations and complimentary teas.
Yes. All sessions have a facilitator to help guide and supervise. However, if you have certain medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, high blood pressure, Raynaud's disease), we recommend consulting your doctor first.

Absolutely. Many clients come solo, and our studio is designed to feel welcoming, and reconnect with yourself and if you feel like it, to connect with others.
That depends on your goals. Many find two or three times a week is ideal for recovery, while others come more often for stress management and resilience training.
Yes. We offer private group bookings and corporate wellness packages — perfect for teams seeking stress relief, recovery, or a healthy social experience.

We recommend not eating a heavy meal just before. A light snack is fine.
Yes — it's completely safe and many women actually find the sauna helps with cramps and relaxation.
Yes. We have limited spaces per session, so we recommend booking online to secure your spot.
We'll do our best to accommodate you, but once a session has started, especially if its a breathwork session, entry may not be possible. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• Arrive 10 minutes early.
• Come with an intention (recovery, stress release, mental clarity, reconditioning etc).
• Remember to use your breath as a tool, as a place of focus and grounding.
• Go at your own pace and ability then a little more. You will surprise yourself.
• Stay hydrated.
• Allow integration after your session, try not to go straight to your phone.
• Eat well.
