Reset is a contrast therapy and breathwork studio, located just two minutes from Highbury & Islington. We combine a 35-person sauna, cold plunges and guided breathwork to help you recharge, recover, and reset your mind and body.

We also host Secret Sauna Society events for those looking to socialise and connect with people in a unique and energising space, far better than the ordinary night out.

Not at all, our sessions are designed for all levels.

If you are new to this, we recommend trying one of our guided sessions, where our trained facilitators will guide you safely through each phase.
All you need to bring is swimwear. Sliders and personal water bottles are optional.

We provide everything else, including towels, optional gowns for rental, infused waters and herbal teas. Changing rooms are fully equipped with luxury self-care products and Dyson hair styling tools.
Absolutely. Many members come solo, our sessions are designed for both reconnecting with yourself and if you feel like it, connecting with others.
Yes, contrast therapy is considered safe if practised correctly. Make sure to always listen to your body, if something doesn’t feel quite right please don’t ignore it. A member of our team will always be there to support you.

If you have certain medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, high blood pressure, Raynaud's disease), we recommend consulting your doctor first before booking.
Contrast therapy is not pregnancy safe. We also recommend consulting your doctor if you are less than 6 weeks post-partum and would like to visit us.

Yes! Gradual exposure to the Sauna and cold plunge can offer great benefits to older people, supporting mobility, circulation, inflammation, as well as promoting deep relaxation.

We will need GP clearance if health concerns exist.
That depends on your goals. Many find two or three times a week is ideal for recovery, but if you are seeking the maximum long term health benefits, we recommend doing 4 or more sessions per week.
We have eight ice baths set between 0 and 12 degrees, you can choose your level of challenge.

We recommend not eating a heavy meal just before. A light snack is fine.
Yes, we recommend booking online to secure your place in advance, especially if booking within peak hours.
We'll do our best to accommodate you, but once a session has started, especially if it’s a guided session, entry may not be possible. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Intro offers cannot be shared, however credits purchased within a package can be, noting the purchaser must also be present for the sessions.
