Heat up, in the heart of London.
A one of a kind 25 person charred oak Finnish sauna with an inbuilt sound system. A range of premium oils and scents. Experiences are usually 3 rounds of 15 minutes between 90ºC-105ºC.

Heat, cold, repeat.
Our top tier ice baths range from 1ºC to 9ºC. Our guided experiences raise dopamine, reduce inflammation, boost circulation and eliminate stress.
